How do I place an order?

Visit fitotiffin.ca, choose your meal plan, enter your details, and complete payment. You will receive whatsapp message or an email confirming your order. Your first delivery will arrive within 2 days from Sun- Fri!

For your safety:
⚠️ Please Note: Our kitchen uses nuts, dairy & common allergens. While we take every precaution, if you have severe allergies, we encourage you to review ingredients carefully or email us before ordering. Your health is precious to us.

How will it work if I want to e-transfer?
  1. Select your plan: Choose the meal plan that fits your needs and fill in your details.
  2. Click ‘Next’: After completing details in the checkout page, click “Next” and you’ll be directed to our payment portal.
  3. Choose e-transfer: Instead of entering card details, you can  send your payment via e-transfer to support@fitotiffin.ca
  4. No processing fee: Enjoy the convenience of e-transfer with no additional processing fees. Just be sure to include your name in the notes so we can match your payment with your order.
  5. Order confirmation: Once we receive your e-transfer, we’ll send you a WhatsApp message within the hour to confirm your order and provide further details.

It’s that simple! We’re here to make your experience smooth and easy.

What's included in each meal box?

It depends on the plan you choose. For example regular plan includes one main bowl per day. 

We promise:
✅ No greasy or processed foods – just fresh ingredients
✅ 40-100g+ protein 
✅ Preservative-free 

How will I know my next delivery date?

Once your payment is processed (either by card or e-transfer), you’ll shortly receive a WhatsApp message from 604-902-6206 or or by email. This message will confirm your order and provide the exact date of your next delivery, so you’re always in the loop.

Where do you deliver?

We currently serve Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, Richmond, Surrey, Langley, and South Surrey (except North and West Vancouver). Delivery to other nearby areas can be processed with an additional fee. 

What are your delivery days?

We deliver fresh happiness Sunday-Thursday evenings (4-10pm) ! 3 times a week 

Total 10 meals per week

You can expect to receive 2 meal boxes Sunday, 2 meal boxes Tuesday and 1 meal box Thursday. 

We deliver in the evenings 4-10pm to ensure you have food for next day mornings. 

Rest assured: Your meals leave our kitchen the same morning of preparation. 

What are the nutrition facts?

Per daily box (approx):

  • Calories: 650-1900 (daily meal)
  • Protein: 40-100gm (based on plan)
  • Zero industrial preservatives
  • No artificial chemicals
  • Low-grease preparation

Do your meals contain allergens?

 Transparency is our policy: We handle common allergens including nuts, gluten and dairy in our kitchen. Though we maintain rigorous standards, we advise customers with life-threatening allergies to exercise personal judgment for their safety.

What if I'm not home?

We’ll securely leave your meal bag:

  • At your doorstep or specified safe spot

Can I change my meal plan?

Yes! Email support@fitotiffin.ca for any adjustments. 

Is there a minimum commitment?

All plans require a minimum one-week commitment. After the initial week, cancellations may be made at any time with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to the next scheduled delivery. Email support@fitotiffin.ca to pause or cancel your plan. 

Can I pause/cancel my plan?

We understand life changes!

Need to cancel or pause? No problem — just let us know at least 48 hours before your next delivery.

Can I choose my meals or is it a preselected menu?

We offer a preselected menu, designed to provide a healthy variety of meals each day. This means you’ll always have something delicious and nutritious to look forward to, without having to worry about meal planning. Trust us, we keep it fresh and exciting!

Is the weekly trial payment one-time or deducted every week?

The weekly trial payment is a one-time charge. However, if you’d like to continue receiving meals on a regular schedule, you can easily transition to a subscription. Simply WhatsApp us at (604) 902-6206 or email us at support@fitotiffin.ca, and we’ll set up your weekly subscription in no time.
